Thank you for five star customer care
The management very kind and considerate for customers need. They go above and beyond to meet customer’s satisfaction. ... I was by myself and traveling to overseas with heavy luggages. I am on the second floor, was worried how to take those down as I recently injured my back. I called the management, CINDY & CHRIS came right away to help me. They did not have to, but they go beyond their primary duty just to assist the residents at Canebrake. Five Stars service for Cindy & Chris!! The location of Canebrake is hidden and I didn't know it was back there for the longest. I have had the pleasure of doing ... business with them. They are all very professional and Cindy was a lot of help. She answered all my questions and had a great personality as well. The whole team seemed to get along very well and it was like a little family. They all talk very highly of their owners and management company which I was very impressed by. Great vibes all around. I have lived here now for 1 year and a half. I love the location...apartment is great ..but only problem that I have is that ... I have a group of people that lived on top over me and they have a medium size dog that they like to play with inside of the apartment. I knocked on their door and one of the residents that like there say oh we was just playing a little bit. I feel that if you are going to play you should do it outside..not over a person head ...it sounds like my floor is going to crave in my walls shake in my apartment when they walk..There should be some kind of rule for playing with a dog inside of an apartment when you are on the top floor. Outstanding Experience
I'm a lifetime Shreveport resident. I had a outstanding Experience living at Canebrake. After selling my home I dreaded having ... to get an apartment during the 8 months it took me to find my new home. I had not lived in an apartment in 30 years. My experience was an unexpected pleasant surprise. Everything was WELL taken care of as far as management and maintenance is concerned, my apartment had just been updated, the location and convenience was the best and my overall experience could not have been better at any other apartment community in town. We have been living here for only a few months but by far the best apartments in Shreveport! Managers are super friendly/helpful ... & maintenance are always fast & get the job done! Never have to ask twice to have things fixed here. Great family place no noise here at all. Wouldn’t chose any other apartments to live! New gym , splash pad for kids , new pool , playground , dog park , club house & great area around all popular stores and restaurants for a reasonable price!
